What We’re Looking For:

As we build out our Sales Team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is personable, results-oriented and motivated. Someone with a knack for seeking out new opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work as a vital part of the team prospecting and building new business for the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting high volume outbound calls to business owners nationwide offering top tier financing and tax credit products (50+ outbound calls a day)
• Following up on calls, texts, and emails to existing customers to meet KPIs
• Developing an understanding of market and competition within the merchant cash advance and ERC space to become familiar with potential clients

What You Bring:

• Driven, personable, hungry, resilient to setbacks and a problem solver
• 1+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of working with CRMs—Zoho CRM is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Self-starter, solid work ethic with excellent time management and communication skills
• Confidence in your ability to cold call, collect data and identify high close rate opportunities
